    A deal has recently been announced that offers affordable dial-up Internet access to Veterans, people with a disability and the frail aged. TADAust Connect is a partnership between Technical Aid to the Disabled in the ACT (TADACT) and Victorian Internet provider ISPOne, with no setup fee, unlimited downloads and flexible contract arrangements.
